Purchased from a corporate office in HCMC — not imported. We know where each chair came from.

Disassembled fully
Back, seat, mechanism, gas cylinder, base, and casters — all removed and inspected separately.

Deep cleaned
All mesh, plastic, and metal surfaces professionally washed and sanitized. The casters are cleaned individually.

Mechanism tested
Every adjustment point is verified: lumbar, tilt tension, seat height, arm movement. Everything must work smoothly.
